Bessbrook Mill – Located approximately 3 miles from Newry City Centre, this historic linen mill which was later converted to a British Arm Base is set to be transformed again. Incorporating skilled conservation design, plans involve the restoration of the listed mill building to accommodate approximately 270 residential units, consisting of 206 apartments and 64 townhouses. MRL are delighted to be the lead Architect on this once in a lifetime project. The unique development is set to boost local economy and add value to the Model Village of Bessbrook.
